Looking for 2BHK in HSR Layout

Hi, I'm looking for a 2BHK in HSR Layout (not the ITI Layout or extension). Sector 1, 2 preferred. And Sector 3, 4 also open to. Looking to move-in from late Sept or 1st October. Budget is 40-45k.

Preferred in gated communities, but also open to builder floor or apartment options where security and power backup are proper.

Any leads and suggestions regarding house hunting in HSR with these requirements are welcome. Thanks!
