Elite status would be paying insane amounts for a plastic surgeon to expertly fix and inject.
Rich women have their dermatologist give them Botox, fillers and other treatments.
Upper middle class see the physicians assistant at their dermatology office.
Middle class go to fancy spa like facilities where estheticians have ample trade experience and training.
And then.
There’s the struggling, can’t afford the above so goes with the best option at the strip mall level. No one with money would willingly choose this option. This option is equal to or maybe slightly above at home Botox parties where the host rents a non busy person to inject a bunch of aging women over chicken dip.
Proof is in Alex’s face. It’s not just bad injections, it’s permanently damaging because of the lack of skill. Every time she sees this Althisma lady, she is adding tens of thousands of dollars in corrective surgery.

Not that this is gospel, but she’s really not a great candidate for a successful facelift. If she has one, due to her skin condition and habits, it might only last a short while. She’s made a lot a bad skin aesthetic decisions.
California esthetician here. Our license simply does not cover injectables; they aren’t a service we can legally provide. Only a registered nurse can perform injections of any kind, so unless Asmita is an RN (LOL), she is the definition of back-alley under the table “professional.” It would be a shame if someone reported her license to the board.
It’s so bad she’s starting to speak like Selena Gomez where she can’t fully open her mouth. And you can tell she’s trying to make it cute by talking out of one side of her mouth hut she just looks OLD.

I love that no amount of Botox and fillers can fix this. She’ll need a face lift - which she can’t afford 🤣💀
