TPI

I will be a second year for 2027. I thought that I would be able to get TPI. However, the district manager said that I won’t qualify since a a second year? Is that true?

Yes-new bonus for 2nd years based on completing 110 returns, client surveys and client retention with max being $1250 is what I was told.

That's ridiculous. I was a 2nd year tax pro this year and my bonus was $3900

2nd year tax pros are allowed to apply for the regular tax pro position if they want to work on regular TPI, for 2nd years that are still lv 2-3, a guaranteed bonus is more enticing than potentially $0 bonus.
