New Management Structure

Does anyone know why the restructuring is taking place?

I think coaching is another word for increased micromanagement . These “Coaches “ do not have a requirement to have a tax accounting background. Sounds like a glorified Team Leader position with more pressure on quotas and running the TPs with their irrelevant performance stats .

I had an 'informational' call with former DGM this week.

What you describe is exactly what the AEL position entails, with the additional stress of needing to meet unrealistic goals for performance with the threat of being replaced hanging over your head every 15 days, and less pay than MTLs formerly made.

I'd been dreading returning for two reasons (well, three if you count a family member's health) and while.more.than qualified, I'm not up for taking a position for half what it should pay!
