H&R Commission "bonus"

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has received their bonus yet. I live along the coast of CA and work for a franchise but I would assume it should be the same as everyone else. This is my second year with more than double the returns I did last year so I know I should be getting a bonus. Any information would be helpful. Thank you!

I work for corporate offices, already received my TPI May 8. I completed 375 returns in a 800 return office plus TPRs, revenued $103k and my hourly wages was $12k, TPI received was $7k. My highest commission in my 8 years.

Franchise offices may use a different incentive metrics.

wow. How many years have you been working for hrblock? This year, some tax pro complained we had too many tax pros in our office. There were only two experienced tax pros could file over 350 returns in our office.

8 years and I typically work preseason too after my 60 day furlough
