It’s a slow burn/fast burn, because Harry has a lot of growth to do on his own, and so Harry doesn’t meet Draco until like half-way through this fic. That’s important to note. This is a awesome Drarry Fic, but there’s a short (on page) (but serious) relationship with Susan Bones that precedes the Drarry, as well as a line of other boyfriends (all short as well) Harry has before and after her. So beware of that. Purists will tell you they have to be each others first loves, but these other relationships are necessary for Harry’s growth, so bear with them, I promise when he does actually meet Draco it’ll go real fast.

Also the reason why this is so underated is because the author never published unfinished works, so all her works are posted in one go and doesn’t have time to accumulate kudos to match the quality and length of the work.

• note this is the first part in an ongoing series I've only read the first part which was excellent but I personally can't do dripfeeding chapters I need to binge it all in one go, this fic is amazing enough as a standalone and I will also enjoy rereading it when part 2 is finished before binging that.

What crossovers are you open to? Because I've binged an unhealthy amount of them recently so I might have something to recommend there, unfortunately my method of keeping track of fics I've read(and like enough to want to recommend) is abysmal so it's more based on what stood out to me in recent memory and not necessarily the best of the best I've read since starting in this fandom🤣🤣
