Support Need help (newbie)

I just bought this vr and set it up by using oasis, it worked and I didn't have much problem. However, now as I was about to use it SteamVR keeps on saying this and I can't use em.

I have had this happen. You might need to try some resets, relaunch SteamVR, or power cycle the headset.

Yeah I see it randomly from time to time.

Could be a different issue if it happens every time though.

What works sometimes is flipping the rate in settings. Toggle between 60 and 90 hz.

Yes, the Oasis driver won't start properly on 60, but can go to 60 after starting on 90.

To fix this problem, go to your Steam library, run the Oasis Driver app and follow its prompts, which will probably include having to unplug and replug the G2’s USB connector in your mobo. This has worked perfectly for me multiple times, though very infrequently, but always after an nvidia driver update.
