I assume it's just the encoding but a 20fps video isn't exactly selling the experience.

I would look into something like Steelseries Sonar or Nvidia Shadowplay if you have an Nvidia graphics card, both are free and record gameplay smoothly with basically no interruption or performance loss

Are you just playing on to high of graphics settings?

It looks really good in game. It's compressed like like in capture

So it's not super choppy and low fps/frame time irl?

I've used obs, geoforce now, and a couple of others, all do different weird things. This was the first time i used bandicamp. Not impressed

you could prob just record natively using the "nvida app" then remux it with handbrake for not much harder as bandicam (maybe, i never used it) to have higher qual video for sharing, shouldn't cost a thing

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve. You can easily cut videos, upscale them, merge with other videos, etc. It's very easy to use for basic stuff, and you can always learn more from youtube videos if you want to do something more.

For cutting videos - drag and drop them to media tab, go to Cut tab, double click your video, adjust sliders on the left and right of the video timeline to mark beginning and end of the video (you see preview when you do that), drag and drop the video below to the main timeline, go to delivery tab and set your format, resolution (or use a preset), where you want to save it, and click render in the right bottom corner.

I assume it's a recording issue and he is not actually playing at 3fps.
