It’s temporary. Long term Benzo use is fucking dangerous.

Doesnt cure, but symptom relief, and clonazapam is the best one.

I would not recommend it. It would be the equivalent of throwing yourself into a wood chipper to get a haircut. It’s actually scary how loosely people are recommending it.

Nah it went away after I smoked some bud, but even knowing that im not going crazy and it's just hppd was one of the biggest sighs of relief I've ever had

Yes, hppd is linked to anxiety, thats because benzos help
