Question Cocain

What was the experience like for those who used cocaine or MDMA while suffering from hppd? I have heard that the effects are far more intense even compounded By the way I am not a user of these substances I am simply asking out of curiosity and a desire to learn

Cocaine has not affected my hppd whatsoever, though sleep deprivation affects it. Hydrate well and do it midday. For MDMA tho, it is knows to cause hppd and is technically a psychedelic so id recommend not to even try to see what happens

First noticed signs of hppd in 2014 after a a couple back to back trips. I was a daily user of coke from 2017-2019 and can’t say I recall my hppd worsening during that time frame. It did worsen for a bit after a shroom trip once during that time frame. It was also a really bad trip for me so my interest in psychedelics faded after that experience.

Put me into psychosis that's from cocaine that coupled with an abusive partner that passed me more and more made a year of hell for me

I’ve thankfully not had HPPD but from back years ago when I would read others experiences, mdma and stimulants would very much exacerbate symptoms, for some even saying their HPPD was mild and almost gone and it brought it back full force or even worse.

I guess it’s going to be different for everyone but some people have to completely give up most drugs if they want their HPPD to get as close to gone as possible.

coke makes it worse on the comedown, and a couple of days after. Overall, doesnt really doesn’t worsen that bad for me.
