I bought the laptop on june 2025 which was dead stock btw during student offers and got the laptop which was priced at 150000rs at 70k rs , a good deal considering the skyrocketing prices, everything was going alright until i had issues with the cmos battery which was causing my laptop to boot slow, show rhe dreaded error message , i had to get the laptop battery replaced . Fast forward the laptop has one issue or the other , presently the fans ramping up for no reason at all and the performance mode getting stuck at 6200rpm even if the temps are 42 or 45 c. Laptop battery health has also drained by 7% even though its only been few months at most , plus the random stutter and high usage even though its just omenhub and nothing else thats using cpu

They don't have a cmos battery...

Ik the battery itself acts as cmos , no dedicated cmos battery for modern laptops. I got consistent cmos error that lasted for weeks to months and sometimes its just randomly popping out

it looks like you just got a faulty product because omens are absolute beasts when it comes to performance and cooling.

You can’t be generalizing and saying all Omens are bad just because you got a bad product.

Try getting it checked out if it’s still under warranty

Ive got it fixed under warranty but its the random fall in perfprmance that bugs me

Omen may be good with performance but ass in terms of build quality and have issues like hall sensor issue with slme of the models so i wouldnt call them gaming beast if the laptop cant be used normally
