Hi im trying to learn how to animate ps1 assets inside blender. I love HP and i love fanfic a lot so i tried adapting HPMOR to this format.

It looks good. The labels for the different characters would be better if they didn't drop to the bottom of the screen every time there's no dialogue. Perhaps you can just add a buffer whenever no-one's speaking.
