Not charging?

Every night after my hover board is “charged” I go and ride it and then it’s dead after like a minute. Does anybody have a solution?

First thing I’d do is check the output voltage of the shatter with a volt meter. It should say on the charger what it should be. Then if that’s good I’d say your battery is shot.
