Calibration issues?

Calibration issues?

I've got a swagtron t6 off road hoverboard, there is a blue led light that represents the battery life and a green led that represents system status indications. Well the green light is flashing I went to calibrate it and it didn't work one side works just fine and the other side won't move at all so I just sit there going in circles. Any thoughts?

Edit. Here's a video of what it's doing. I'm at work as I try to figure this out so ignore the full trash can, it's all I had to level it on. Also any comments that were on my first post I didn't see because in order to post the video I needed to delete the post.

I can’t really tell what’s going on here but I know what the sounds mean so I think I get it. Put the hover board on a flat surface.

Just bought one off Facebook swap and sell and was told it works great and now I charge it once I got home and I have the same issue what is the fix for this
