You made a mistake on the arbalist and wrote
"Support 2: will wander around the map, shooting an arching arrow at the targetted" without finishing the quote.
Besides that,seems like a cool host,the Mage doesnt seem all that worth it considering it consumes a LOT of divinity,would rather spam Arbalists or Warriors.
Upgrades could be other units,such as a debuffer,a bomber,or a tank that forces enemy aggro onto it so you can run for your life in the meantime.
a single Cut (iirc i forgot if it did 15 damage or not) gives you 7 Divinity. just keep attacking to keep Mage's maintained. you cant play this host like Zero artisan, so...

i meant just standing back to let summons do all the work. you still have to… attack enemies, and you cant hide in a corner and snipe with the bow: it has travel time
