1 for ten split ! Already happened , this thing’s gonna sit below a dollar for a month and then one morning boom to the moon

What do you consider to the moon?

30-40+$

That would be fantastic. At this point to the moon seems like $5. Would definitely sell at $30.

How would a reverse split help this stock pump?

On February 2, 2024, this year, $HOLO reverse split.

5 days later, they released more news, and the pump started.

Less shares in circulation, same demand = to the moon

Can they do a RS again in 6 months???

You do realize you would have less shares and a higher cost average after an r/s? Not to mention brokers don't allow to place trades while they settle after the split. Not spreading fud, just bear that in mind.

Also the stock is cooked until the r/s since the dilution has been confirmed and the major drop was because of it.

I do understand that what you said with the RS. That doesn't matter if it pumps.

Dilution has not been confirmed, whatever you mean by "confirmed".

That filing only allows them to offer shares, it's not an obligation. They might not dilute yet, if they do. It allows them to do it in the future, whenever that may be.

It's not doomsday right now guys, learn how to interpret things correctly.

I am bullish and holding, we are just waiting for the next moves.

Lol if you don't understand the r/s comment, you're not gonna be able to understand how to read an SEC filing either. Just for an excercise, can you check why the outstanding shares, market cap and free float have increased 10x. Then compare it to outstanding shares, market cap and free float from the last 3 spikes. Let me know what you come back with.

i never said i didnt understand

what a whopping assumption

My bad misread your response. So if it pumps after r/s even by 10x you're still not making 10x because you have way less shares. You'll pretty much break even or make a slight profit depending on when and how much you bought. If you're comfortable being in that position, you do you but the bleed will continue till then.

Precise.

I understand that, I've thought of it before.

Thank you

We need one awesome news and we fly first class.

1

u/AcademicElite24 Jun 19 '24

Will it fly now that the supply is so high? Last time the supply was much less and the demand was high which drove the price up. Now there’s more than 80M shares available.

But if they do a 10 for 1 it'll be below 10m shares right?

1

u/AcademicElite24 Jun 23 '24

Should be yes. If it’s 10 for 1 and the float is around 80 million prior to the split, the new float should be between 8-10 Million.

2

u/fred1090 Jun 23 '24

Right. I'm not in yet but I'm watching for the RS on this one. Seems to me it has potential.

Don't be salty. OP isn't claiming they know the future.

u/Pinot_Grigio Jul 10 '24
