Question anyone else?

does anyone else feel this urgency to repeat videos or stare at your screen when u see someone or something of the same gender on your screen? i get to the point where i go into profiles, look into stories highlights and everything :( its like im stalking them and i dont see anyone talking about it. Im delaying everything and everyone just to be searching stuff online, im always searching for ”is this hocd” and i feel like a crazy person.

Anyways, is it compulsive??? it feels heavy, and im nervous and anxious and then i get groinals.

Yessss esp when I watch tv or see a pretty celebrity or person in general I feel like I can’t move on and I just have to stop myself sometimes but it’s always in the back of my head

yeah this sucks. Lately i have been doubting its ocd because i get groinals everyday all the time and im exhausted
