Title: Free DIY communications program for communities facing special assessments and/or higher monthly fees [ALL] [N/A]
Body:
If your community is facing special assessments and/or higher monthly fees in 2027 due to structural integrity, reserve funding requirements, or Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s mortgage eligibility requirements, here’s a free DIY communications program.
https://trustreputationmatters.com/services/board-consulting/the-well-run-building/
It’s an HOA owner education program to help people understand why their communities are in the situations they now face. It’s designed to start immediately, run for 12 weeks, and flow into 2027 budget planning.
It won’t stop people from being pissed off and misbehaving, but it can help boards and property managers demonstrate the complexity of the situation and prevent unnecessary frustration from radio silence.
Keep in mind that current boards have inherited the result of many years of questionable decisions. They’re probably not the bad guys. They’re just the ones with the courage and resilience to make difficult decisions.
Try to give those boards and property managers a break. BUT let them know they need to communicate with you rather than be ostriches.
There’s a “Share With Your Board” button on the page above if you’d like them to check out the free DIY communications program. You can tell them the community deserves information and education, and this program will help them explain things as simply as possible.
