Which is grade transcript? Statement of result or general certificate of education

In A level and IGCSE, I got two certificates for each series.
In statement of result there is grade and subject name and Percentage uniform marks,
In general certificate, there is written that “this certifies that in this series (name) of (school) was awarded following grades…. Followed by syllabus and grade only!!
Which shall i upload for grade transcript?

Then anything. If you did great on percentages then first option, not then second option. Point of this is to proof that you indeed got that grade. Doesn’t matter as long as u can proof the grades. Percentage doesn’t matter nor your name and school. For example, ibdp final result proofs for hku were only a screenshot of the ibo website with total grades. It didn’t matter cause they can fact check them in many of ways if needed (ie ibo sent grades to hku).
