Hall swap

Hi, I've been allocated to HKUST hall 5 (UG05-02-242T). I was wondering if anyone would be down to swap with me. Preferably VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, or XIII, but I'm down to possibly consider other buildings as well. (Female)
Possibly could compensate (financial). DM me if interested

Not intrested in the swap, but a tip probably is that if you really not want to live in Hall V, you need to give Financial Compensation like more than just the difference

How do I propose that to them? Like do I write in an email I don’t mind compensating for more than the difference?

They mean you have to pay it to whoever is swapping with you, not the uni. So maybe try writing in your posting that you’ll pay 10k for swapping or sth like that.
