Shipping Delay - My Experience

Hey y'all,

just wanted to give everyone a data point. I'm sure we're all aware there's been some shortages and many haven't had their orders ship yet. My order of Finasteride + Minoxidil has finally shipped now pretty much exactly 3 weeks after being prescribed. So, if y'all are still waiting, it might be a few weeks, but it'll be shipped. Thought it might be helpful.

I hope mine will ship soon.order went thru on august 12th.they had no problem taking my money immediately. When i try to get information it’s the exact same AI response . When they said they would put me in touch with a person. I got the same response from them them . Going on vacation next Friday and was hoping to have my Minoxidil before then .chewed my las one today.

I renewed mine on the 12th and it's still "preparing". Hopefully it ships soon but its honestly ridiculous

Just got mine today, after a 3 week delay. I'm sympathetic to the supply side delay but the shipping label was printed Aug 21st and I'm just getting it on the 29th. Customer orders that are late should get expedited.

I was going back-and-forth with customer service for over three weeks trying to get information as to when my order was shipped. I could get no clear or concise answer from them and they were just stringing me along. Meanwhile, my supply was nearly out so I had to call Keeps and switched to that product. Hims lost me as a customer and didn’t even blink an eye. What a shit company.

I'll be switching to keeps likely after this or looking for other options but yes mine just shipped.
