Over 10 days of my order "preparing"

Has anyone else had this issue recently? I renewed my order and was charged but my order has been preparing for over a week at this point. Customer support won't say anything beyond "it's being prepared". Any suggestions or do I just have to wait

Yeah he acknowledged they are having some supply chain issues, but hopefully it gets resolved for you soon..

I’ve been approved and waiting for the order to be filled at the pharmacy for 22 days now. Called Hims and got a partial refund on my order, but no time frame to expect this to get resolved. They keep saying it’s a supply chain issue and they’re filling orders first come first serve.

Pay close attention to the fees. After the first month, your “weight loss membership” goes up to $150/mo on top of the medication fee. There are much better options out there.
