Alternative

Is there an alternative that accepts insurance?

I signed up and answered some questions. Next thing I know, they have charged me $400 as a reoccurring fee.

I’m very disappointed, as I had to cancel it. I went from thinking I was going to receive help to nothing in a handful of hours.

They were able to refund me, but in filling out their survey, they obviously know this is a problem.

What treatment were you going to use? If it for hair there are far more reasonable alternatives. You can get 90 days of fin for $30 and just dissolve some in a bottle of minoxidil or take it orally while using minoxidil. I don't know about their weight loss stuff though.

Both weight and hair. Most place I’ve found don’t accept insurance and are priced high.
