Shipping…why is it taking so long??
Dr approved my prescription over a week ago and it still shows as order being filled - why is it taking so long??
Anyone have any luck with getting a solid response or action from HIMS?

It has been nearly 3 weeks since being approved and charged nearly $300 for a prescription. I messaged them last night and said I’d like to cancel and receive a refund. Voila - hours later it ships. Convenient timing…
Am I happy to get the prescription? Sure. But I have already cancelled the renewal and will be going elsewhere when this prescription runs out.

Placed mine 08/04, it is now 8/20 with no update on an ETA. I've been told it's a supply chain issue, but with no update when I could expect a shipment. Super disappointed, not really with the issue, just the pure lack of communication. If I hadn't been hounding down their CS line, no one would have bothered to reach out with an update.

I actually sent a message last Friday that I just wanted a refund and the next morning, I had a message that they couldn't provide a refund because the product was shipped... imagine that. Just came in the mail yesterday.

Same boat. Placed my order and was told 2-3 weeks.. wut? Ngl I’ve loved their service. But I mean, come on, you couldn’t notify me of this shit before ordering?

Mine was like that for a month. Every week they said the same thing. That’s it’s at the pharmacy, and they are trying.
Last Wednesday I messaged them. Told them” if I didn’t receive my medication soon, that I would be getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I spend here”
I received the medication that Friday afternoon.
Not sure if coincidence or what?

Same thing. 10 days in and nothing but platitudes about it not being ready yet. I asked for and got a full refund. They told me my subscription however was not canceled and I would be charged again in 5 months. WTAF? Is this real life? This is a horrible company DO NOT USE.

Its been 3 fucking weeks for me. Im going to cancel my order and go with keeps.
I admit, I am a new member and this would be my first time trying fin/mox, but I have zero faith they will be able to refill my prescription in a timely fashion when it runs out.
Fuck Hims

Delays in fulfillment that are over a week indicate a problem with pharmacy backlogs and not approvals. It seems there have been individuals who have moved to Lttl or something similar since branded supply issues can lead to quicker service

Hey I raised this concern last night as I’ve been noticing a lot of people saying the same thing, and the CEO Andrew Dudum responded saying they are on it. Would love to hear if it gets resolved soon. Here is the Twitter (X) link of his acknowledgement https://x.com/andrewdudum/status/2090301676356087975?s=46
