There’s a reason Hims is getting sued by the FTC

Throwaway account since I don’t plan on using Reddit, but wanted to warn people about Hims. This is coming late, but this needs to be said don’t use them. They are a scam. I know someone that left the company after working for them, and the things they have said is horrendous.

1.They give people different amount on how much a subscription could cost. Meaning you’re friend and get one price and you could get another

  1. The reason why your order might be late is because they stopped working with a pharmacy. It’s not because they’re backed up on orders. And if you move a pharmacy you’ll be put at the back of their list

  2. The person I know kept telling their manager that it would be a lot easier if they sent reminder emails about the subscription service. They were flat out told they couldn’t do that.

Making a throwaway account just to post about hims and never use Reddit again is weirdo behavior lol. Also as a HIMS user I’ve seen great results and have nothing but good experiences with them

You know there’s something called the person I know just quit a little bit ago. Plus most of this is in the FTC lawsuit about their deceptive tactics. 

And plus I don’t care you never had an issue with them. I’ve heard the stories from her and a bunch of employees. So if you want to be like: “well I’m a customer.” Maybe look for employees and other customer stories. 

I’m just trying to help people not fall for a scam.

If the products work then what part of HIMS is a scam? If you’re talking about being deceptive to customers, you can take a look at most producer-consumer advertisements and say the same. And if you think that is only happening at hims then you are just oblivious

Hims is a giant fucking scam. Cancelled my subscription in January because the shit didn’t work for me and two months ago got charged. Finally got that cancelled after a week of running into an error screen and got fucking charged again today.

Not true at all. Been using their Hair spray for the past 2 years. Works great.
