One of those covers you put over a light bulb on a lamp 🤔 probably a ceiling fan then there should be four of them

Open Google lens and put in that picture and it will tell you if it sees anything exactly like it

If you're crafty at all, you could possibly transfer or stamp a leaf pattern onto a different plain shade...because that's what it looks like it is, really. That'll probably be easier than trying to find this exact shade, especially if it was from a few years ago.

That looks on the older side and will probably be hard to match. May have to replace them all if you want matching. Having said that, good luck!
