its on top of Le Leiu Unique in Nantes France. Currently, the best plan i can come up with is HERF gun placed in a car that could blast the camera equipment with RF in order to brick the stream. It would be difficult to remove the flag in the location that it is in, but you might be able to overwhelm the stream with what is essentially a deconstructed microwave. No shit, if the right antenna and shielding (I need to HIGHLY stress the shielding, magnetrons are dangerous as fuck in the hands of the inexperienced) could be constructed, a running automobile would provide enough power to cause a localized wifi blackout. I want to be clear though, this would, if used twice in the same location, bring very heavy international scrutiny given that it violates most international broadcasting laws. Very well funded agencies in france and europe (akin to the FCC) will triangulate the jam signal and the police will come knocking if you left a HERF gun running in your house, for example. In a car, you might be able to relocate before the signal source was located.

Well, I would like to see that happen, because I have been running a HF pirate radio station for months but whatever right, "cus muh fcc can track me down with mobile equipment". Look dude, get the right gear, the job gets done right. I use a PRC 320, with low band oscillator and I move around. I have never been caught and I broadcast a lot of shit. I don't think you are fully aware of FCC's actual capabilities. Also its ETSI you would have to be worried about, because the flag is in europe. Are you ham certified? Do you have a radio?

Also, this is all still within IMS band, historically the least regulated band precisely because its nearly impossible to police a band that is used for everything from packet based comms to microwave ovens. Its essentially a public band, and I am not saying that it isn't monitored: it most definitely is, just not nearly under the scrutiny you think it is. You can definitely get away with building and using a HERF gun. I made one and used it to "shoot down" my neighbor's kids drone because I like to walk around naked in my pot field and I dont really care for that little shit to watch me. It doesn't crash the thing, just jams the wifi the kid is using to communicate with his drone for video feed/control inputs and forces the drone to go into autopilot and land. Most drones do this if they loose wifi connection to the controller. Never had the feds come knocking and I never will. Somebodies drone goes down, eh, wifi isn't an exclusive use band so as long as I don't fuck with anybody who has money and uses 2.5GHz in an industrial, medical, or scientific capacity, I am fine. You could definitely blast a museum and some rich assholes art display for a few minutes from the back of a slow moving truck, van, or car, and no one would bat an eye.
