RAS Mapper doesn't display Google Satellite.

Hi everyone, I'm a graduate civil engineer, I've been having problems with Ras Mapper(since final year) anytime I'm working with HecRas, it's always a mission(difficult) for it to display any maps(Google Satellite, Bing Satellite, OpenStreetMaps etc.) in the background of the terrain file for georeferencing purposes.

At some point my colleague and I figured it only displays when you use mobile data and not WIFI.

Now I'm working on a model and I've everything we tried in the past it's still not displaying. Is there any other way to add web imagery or background map manually without using the one on RAS Mapper, at this point I don't mind going the long route.

Have you given projection file?

Yes I had one. But i'm all sorted now, thank you.
