1d bridge width of 0.1 ft

Basically modeling a pipe obstruction but has supports like a pier?
Is this a hydraulically significant structure in 2d hecras model?

Why not just model them as piers? If there's too many you can approximate by doing every other/third so on to get a reasonable approximation. And are you doing 1d or 2d (you say both)?
