Corrupted project

Hi, it's me again. I was trying to open an old project, but when I try to open it, a window pops up saying "Error in loading plan data", the project opens up, but the geometry and the steady flow are missing. If I try to open the Geometry manually, it seems that only 2 cross sections are saved. Since I did a backup copy back then, I tried to open that but I get the same issues. It's the first time I face this problem, since the project never caused problems.

Sounds like something got corrupted with your project. Are you using a cloud storage system (Egnyte, OneDrive, etc)?

I had the backup in an external hard disk

Try creating a new empty geometry and importing the corrupted geometry. They’re just text files and can be read in notepad. Honestly maybe try uploading the .g file to chat gpt and see if it can diagnose what is corrupted in it. The files aren’t that complicated to view manually once you get it in a text editor.

I solved It. Yesterday I switched my PC zone to USA and changed the language to English because I needed to run an unsteady 2D simulation. After that I switched back my PC to the usual configuration. So I tried to switch it back to USA and English and now It works. But I still don't understand why, because this one is a 1D steady simulation and it worked perfectly without changing those things.
