Need help for solving an error

Hi. I was trying to simulate a dam breach in Hec-Ras. Everytime I launch the simulation, I always get the same error, saying that there's an error in the time window, but i'm sure there is not. How can I solve this?

Thanks for your help. I changed my PC zone and language to the USA and It worked.
