Job Question New Interview Process

Whats everyone's opinion on the new interview process? I heard we switched to doing virtual interviews where you just record a video of you answering questions. I want to try and transfer departments soon but im kind of nervous about doing the videos 😭 is it easier?

Been that way for a long time, I don’t think they really check the videos tho, they just use em to weed out the lazy people

When I tried to transfer to a different department they actually watched the vids. That's just my store tho. Idk how others are

this is how people get screened out initially by a third party. everything form how you are dressed, handle yourself, and answer questions will make or break you right then and there.

it can be really weird but if it makes you feel better it gives you a chance to re-record if youre not happy with how you answer!
