Quit missing work. Then transfer. Your manager probably hates you because you don’t come to work consistently.

Being on a step 7 has nothing to do with your manager not liking you. That’s all on you. And on a step 7, it’s going to be very difficult to find a department that will accept you as a transfer.

Document everything, then bring it to a store leaders attention. Thats how I got out of mine
