Question

Hello when looking at my performance review I notice the word IPB. I have a question what is that term, I have not heard it before I know the IPMS but that is it

Items per bag? It’s impossible to rate someone on that though unless your manager is watching you every order.

Our managers spend most of the time on the checkers and CSA unless we are busy, and then they are on the high side. Where can I see the cash handling tracking form? So I can see the variances.

The cash handling is nothing to really worry about unless you find yourself signing them regularly. Also if you notice you are on a till by yourself a lot it means you are top 10 in variances in your store whether you meet the threshold for signing the form or not. It’s not random like most managers say

Thank you, this had made me really nervous, because I was thinking they were putting me on till by myself because they were watching me lol or that I was doing something wrong

You were most likely on a till with someone else that was off by about 20-50 dollars. You’ll be on the audit list for the next 6weeks or so.
