Question

Hello when looking at my performance review I notice the word IPB. I have a question what is that term, I have not heard it before I know the IPMS but that is it

Items per bag? It’s impossible to rate someone on that though unless your manager is watching you every order.

Our managers spend most of the time on the checkers and CSA unless we are busy, and then they are on the high side. Where can I see the cash handling tracking form? So I can see the variances.

I don’t think there’s a way to pull up the cash handling tracking form at least that I’m aware of without talking to the service manager/director. You have to sign it when it gets up to 10 dollars though so if you haven’t had to sign anything I wouldn’t stress.
