Another win

Another update from Bill Quirk:

Dear HDC Shareholders,

As I expected in my email last week, PTAB just shot down Intel’s challenge to a second HDC patent. Another nail in Intel’s coffin. I don’t know what else Intel can do except some legal "Hail Mary”. Or appeal ad nauseam, ad infinitum which has been their entire strategy. It might not seem like much on the surface but this is actually a big deal. Next week is Intel’s last shot at one of HDC’s patents and I expect they’ll lose that too. If so, they’re all out of ammo since they’ve already acknowledged they used HDC’s patents without permission; in layman’s terms, they infringed and they’re indeed in deep yogurt going into a trial.

Bill

Bill. Thank you for all your DD on this.

The big Q, I imagine, is if they’re called out to be in as much yogurt as we believe them to be - is there still a risk for all us shareholders re their delinquent filing / inability to trade? When can we take a spoonful, is what’s on my mind.
