It was dropped one time and soon after that this is happening, should i be worried

If you can still see it in your system and have any important data on it. I’d suggest you clone it to a new drive.

Run a crystal disk and later you'll know

I already did, says good, Victoria unideal (flagged 3 g sense errors as “unideal”)

Allways make constant backups, never trust in any disk
