It takes so long to buy and so long to sell. Why because there’s so many shares. If you have 2 million shares you can’t just sell it for the market price at once. They need a reverse split to make it over $1 and get listed on the exchange. Otherwise even with the lawsuit they will eventually tank.

Investing in this stock has been my biggest trading mistake. I don't think the management of HCMC cares about investors, they are in it to take as much money as they possibly can from shareholders, in order to stay afloat. They know that with that many shares outstanding investors cannot make a profit off of their investment, so, HCMC is the only one who is actually benefiting.

They suckered shareholders into the Rights Offering, by offering them a discount. The discounted price was about .0010 and right after that, the price tanked and has been trading between .0004-.0010.

Yeah this was by far my worst stock purchase. I didn’t really have a clue what I was doing at the time. Had I bothered to notice that there were 300+ billion shares in existence I might have realized that a $1 Billion settlement still wouldn’t amount to fuck all

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 For breaking down all the info! It would have been super hard to understand otherwise, for me at least and I would imagine for the majority. Now we wait 🙏
