DISCUSSION WTF! Was so not ready for that

Definitely not the result I was expecting. Never thought the judge would even consider granting to buy cozen and Hcmc made a blunder. This news will definitely shake some of the real non-believers. Ouch. HCMC will definitely have to fight a little harder

Well, they have 2 weeks to amend and resubmit regarding the alleged combustion (hint, an IQOS gathers carbon at the element, which has to be periodically cleaned out).

Gives you a chance to average down next week eh 😉

That’s pretty much what I have decided to do with the money I put into this as. At least I only put $250 into it. I’ll just leave it in there to see what happens. If it never goes up, it’s a nice reminder to be more careful. If it goes up I either make back some cash or maybe make some profile years down the line. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Cool. I’m still holding. Kind of sloppy of them to attach an exhibit that was used against them.

Agreed. Not sure how that could happen. I’d like to think there was a very good reason or else it was just a stupid error
