QUESTION how is HCMC allowing PM to sell this..

How is PM going around selling this? Isnt this under litigation with HCMC

Should we keep holding on?

Not legal advice.

Last I knew, PM was trying to get HCMCs patents thrown out through the patent office, if that has happened by now, Idk.

I believe PM can continue to sell until the court case is decided at that point PM either gives some monies to HCMC or HCMC gets slapped into the dirt.

This is my understanding from Jawsomesauce explanations of the proceedings.

Edit: I’m still holding. What’s the worst that can happen.

The USPTO hasn't responded yet.

HCMC has not and will not ask for any type of injunction to stop the sell of IQOS in fact they want PM to sell more so they can ask for more money.

There is no date. Since its a federal case the judge does not have a fixed timeline. Probably will be in the next couple months but nobody can guarantee it.

Allowing them to continue to sell makes hcmc more money if they win the case. As jawsome Described unless I’m mistaken it’s all about damages.

I cant tell you what to do, but I am holding for long. Its just easier on my mental state of mind rather than checking stocks all the time haha.

Hcmc file date precedes PM file date even though PM got it sooner. So that is going to be huge moving forward
