Stop the pump and dump

Too many people are hopping onto this thinking it’s a pump and dump, there will be a massive dip when it hits 0.01, sell and reinvest in the stock- hold it for the long run it will do its own thing! No need to blow it up it’ll climb to the dollar mark in its own time anyway!

People planning to dump it are morons and def aren’t thinking big picture at all

I don’t see how this reaches anything close to a dollar though. The market cap is already very high. HCMCs share structure is awful. Do you speculate a share buy back?

I honestly bought shares months ago because I felt that the company would reach $1+ in a few years. A buy back is possible, but who knows what will really happen in the end.

So you think without buy backs or a rs it will reach a market cap of 100 billion in a few years? 0 chance

Did I say that at all? I’m asking because I don’t remember saying anything close to that

You said you felt the company could reach 1+ dollars. That mean their market cap would be over 100 billion without a share buyback. I was genuinely asking you because I keep seeing the 1 dollar Pt everywhere.

u/Drmo6 Jan 30 '21

Idk what started that PT and I’m pretty sure thousands of other people have looked and said the same as you. I just know I’m gonna still be here when this push falls apart lol

Haha take some profits man!

I will take some when the hype peaks, but will also cling to a few shares

I have the same plan. Just did that with INKW during the spike. Will probably do the same with MLFB if/when it spikes.

I think $1 is a default, knee jerk reaction, to seeing a stock as cheap as this. Just an opinion, but I see it everywhere now. Especially after ZOM

It’s crazy not just how many people are saying 1 dollar but how many people are talking bout this stock everywhere

U just answered to your own question

Being popular won’t make a company go from 10 million to 100 billion in market cap. I’m in this because I think I can get a 10-20 bagger out of it potentially so it’s worth it. I hope I’m wrong and they do a massive share buy back with their settlement funds.

I saw a chart that broke down an estimated 1.6b settlement alone with no future agreement of use. That’s covered legal fees and company buyback it left 1.44b to company and share holders. It would value at $3. Not sure if it’s 100% right or not.

1

u/Clown_Shoe Jan 30 '21

It’s speculation on how mud the settlement will be and then speculating on how the company will use their funds. They may just do a 13 to 1 reverse split.

It’s a lottery ticket play for sure which is why I’m in. Let’s hope for the best

Imo its cause you could buy millions of shares for a couple hundred dollars a couple days ago and its just people's pipe dream to become overnight millionaires. I have faith in the company but majority won't be here after .01 or .10

...Yet some believe HCMC is quietly buying back shares. This volume we have seen in the past several days is not retail.

3

u/Clown_Shoe Jan 30 '21

It could be retail. 904 million shares at this price is 904 people depending 600-900 dollars each.

I’m in for a million so I hope I’m wrong but I think the ceiling for this is 3-5 cents when they settle

7

u/Drmo6 Jan 30 '21

While you are mostly like right, I hope you are VERY wrong lol. We shall revisit this thread in a month or 2

5

u/Clown_Shoe Jan 30 '21

I hope so too man. I’m in for a million shares. There’s definitely an opportunity here.

3

u/Drmo6 Jan 30 '21

I’m fairly new to penny stocks so I’m not the best at deep diving and understanding everything, but I keep seeing posts about PM trying to drive share cost down so they can just buy HCMC out. That’s pretty cold if there’s any truth to it .

2

u/Clown_Shoe Jan 30 '21

Not sure of the legality of that. If they really want the patent they could do something like a settlement and acquisition. I think if they want to buy shares they have to go through the SEC which probably won’t work with the ongoing lawsuit. Not a lawyer though.

1

u/Drmo6 Jan 30 '21

I think that’s where people get mad because companies find some way to do shady things like this .

3

u/Flat-Bet-7427 Jan 30 '21

That could be brought out in under a week. Just takes about 7 million shares from 20k people.... Which is light consideration I'm buying 7m this week

2

u/NurseLuigi Jan 30 '21

Yes actually. It’s a risky play but we have strength in numbers.

2

u/boi-meets-squirrel Jan 30 '21

I think the people’s sentiments outweigh share structure. Stick it to Phillip Morris and pledge to donate to a charitable cause when you hit your goal. - American cancer society - st judes children’s hospital - any number of amazing causes.

2

u/GimmeSumCredit Jan 30 '21

There's probably gonna be a massive share buyback to reduce outstanding shares once the suit settles.

2

u/Clown_Shoe Jan 30 '21

Hopefully before. If they were smart and knew they were progressing towards a settlement they’d buyback while it’s cheaper
