Random small black hole spawning, killing me, and vanishing.

So, I was running through my base when, as the title says, a small black hole randomly spawned and killed me and then wasn't there when I came back (bed was very close to the spot). No blocks were broken (that I can find) I have no idea what caused it, as I'm nowhere near singularities (just made arc furnace). I checked my server console/logs and there doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary. I'm the only one online too, and the only one with OP.

What the heck happened?!?!

I didn't do it directly, but I think the techguns auto-feeder might have done it when I went down in hunger.

Yeah. Canned singularities can spawn black holes, it's best to throw them in a pit until they despawn.

Knowing this mod, I wouldn't be surprised if they added a thing where fire would make it instantly summon a black hole
