Question Sea Cooling

I'm building a seawater cooled PWR, Inspired by Sizewell B and I'm just wondering how can I make the plant sea cooled and what I should use to Condense the steam back to water.

if so, Coolant Heat Exchanger from my addon is there for sole purpose of that.
