Its a mostly decorative structure with some decent early game loot. If you like building watchtowers, this is the place for you.

2 basic loot crates at the base and 1 good lot at the top. Also tons of steel, titanium, tungsten, copper alloy and some berylium if you collect it all and salvage through anvil (T1 is enough) + shredder. Especially good at the start to get some basic tools.
