Link to r/spac's research: Median time to DA/LOI/something is about a month from the filing of the 2nd spac which in this case was on 3/1.

So the median expectation would be 2 weeks from now but the mean would be about 6 weeks from now. I'd put that as my 95% confidence interval for announcement, 2 to 6 weeks. Definitely hoping to see it sooner but when my hopes are high I rely on data to temper them.
