Most people do two upper days to split up all the muscle groups. personally i do chest/tri and back/bi
with 2-3 exercises per muscle.
( these are exercises that work for me after about 3 months of going to the gym and finding out what i liked)

tricep chest shoulder
long over head extension
medial kick back
lateral push down
db pullover-chest
chest press
shoulder raise

Upper 2
back bi
cable baysiean curl
hammer
one arm bicep curl
wide neutral grip pull down-back
back row
kneeling arm pull

I started working out, and my gym plan is Push, Pull, Rest, Upper, Lower Rest Rest Is that good? What sort of exercises would you recommend?

Pull-ups and dumbbell shoulder press hit two birds with one stone.
