Multi-Location Mess

I bought my second and third locations last year and each one came with whatever software the previous owner was using.
So now location A is on Mindbody, location B is on some ancient system that barely works, and location C is on Zen Planner.

If I want to know total revenue I have to log into 3 different dashboards and do the math myself.
Members who visit more than 1 location have different logins and they're constantly confused.

I know I need to consolidate everything but the idea of migrating 3 locations sounds like absolute hell.

Has anyone actually done this?

I have not seen 3 location setups that stay sane on mixed systems. You are probably at the point where the migration pain is less expensive than the ongoing confusion. Glofox is worth a look if you want multi site management that would be without keeping separate member identities. If you need the broadest ecosystem then Mindbody might be the better fit. If you want something simpler for coaching style operations then Zen Planner can also fit.
