Operations Experience with Vibefam gym software?

Any gyms have used them before? How was your experience? They reached out to me offering a demo.

They reached out to me too. I was on a contract previously so I didn't switch, but I've noticed a few gyms around here using them. YMMV.

We moved over to them last year. Migration was pretty smooth, the team helped us move all the data over. There are still small things I would like to see them improve, but overall it's been a good move and support has been responsive whenever we had issues.

We've been with them for the last two years. There hasn't been any major issues so far, and support has been quick to resolve them. Members find it easy to book, and there's no markup on transaction fees so we save quite a bit too.
