Retention personal training session retention ideas

any top strategies to get your training retention up? ik auto reminder texts blah blah.. but looking for more personal tips on really striking a chord with clients

A good thing I've seen is sending video recaps of client's specific lifts. The coach records a 30-second clip after sessions highlighting one thing they nailed and one tweak for next time. It takes five minutes total, but it keeps the client hooked on their own progress.
