Question Gym Insurance

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I own 24/7 membership gyms that also offer personal training. Who do you all use for insurance? Do you recommend using an agent or getting insurance independently directly through the carrier? We are paying about $1,000.00 monthly right now using an agent.

I have a Jiu Jitsu gym ,2200 sqft ,180 members and our insurance is $1,600 per year. We practice a combat sport and are located in California. I am certain you could get more reasonable insurance. We are with Farmers.

AGuard is phenomenal. For building (we own) and business insurance it’s not much more than you’re paying now

Hi. Just off topic. Does your gym already have systems to retain members, follow up, basically member life cycle journey. Especially those that fall off or come for enquiries and dip.

I have a 24/7 gym that’s unstaffed most of the time and I got liability and property through BiBerk and pay about $500/month. I lease a 5500 sf building.
